We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns — Exchange Only
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, if there is a size issue, manufacturing defect, or a wrong item received, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags and packaging intact).

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Request an Exchange

Email us at info@secondskinofficial.com or contact us on +92 300 6062800 within 3 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for exchange, and pictures (if there’s a defect or wrong item).

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the item back for exchange.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong size sent, damaged item, etc.), we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
We’ll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

Worn, washed, or altered clothing

Products without original tags or packaging

Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance
7. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your exchange within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive an update once your replacement has been shipped.
