Note: Processing time may vary during sales or promotional periods due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take longer.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

If there are any unexpected delays, our support team will notify you.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount — this will be clearly mentioned on our website or during promotions.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver in Pakistan.
If your area is not covered, please contact us before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.

  • You can also track your order directly through our website on the “Track Order” page (if available).

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 days, please contact our support team.

6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier companies, customs, or natural events

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
